Richard Neustedter

Richard Neustedter brings more than 25 years of progressive management expertise to Non-Profit Financial Specialists. Throughout his career, he has effectively analyzed budgets, forecasted finances and led successful product marketing teams while holding senior positions in the highly competitive Silicon Valley semiconductor industry.
Richard transformed his professional skills from product pricing, promotion and distribution in the private sector to helping non-profits succeed through effective governance and sound finances. Years of success as a volunteer fund raiser and non-profit board member led to Non-Profit Financial Specialists Founded in 2010, the focus of the consulting group is to help as many charities as possible improve operational performance and maximize mission success.
Richard’s management track record combined with excellent analytical skills has been instrumental in helping guide charities to leverage resources and lay the groundwork for long-term sustainability. He has volunteered in a senior level capacity on multiple Boards of Directors including The Jimmie Heuga Center Endowment where he now serves as a fund raising consultant. As previous Chair of the Board of Directors for Can Do MS, formerly The Heuga Center, he initiated a Feasibility Study Task Force that led to a strategic transformation of the organization.
Richard studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing at San Jose State University.
